"As a child, I dreamed of being a soccer player, until I discovered refereeing and it became my great passion. More than a sport, for me it's a fascinating game of personal relationships, which has taught me to make decisions, resolve conflicts, manage emotions, and learn from mistakes. These skills are part of my DNA.

I'm curious and love to learn and share what I know. I have a nonconformist bent and am passionate about human relationships. I strive to generate positive changes in my environment, and two examples of this are my dedication as a director of the Cantabrian Blood Donor Association and as a volunteer employment trainer for the Red Cross.

To achieve this, I seek ways to raise our level of consciousness, allowing us to question our beliefs and thus redefine the paradigms that underpin the structures within which we operate.
