She also serves as a Facilitator of the Design Thinking Methodology.

With extensive experience in training, assessment of professional skills related to training, management, and strategic business development, primarily in the automotive sector, Mercedes is a valuable asset for the development of training skills at the Sabio Valley school, a project in which it has also played a very active role since its launch, contributing in all aspects as shareholder .
