Juan Parodi is passionate about sustainability, innovation, and community building, with 18 years of experience transforming projects and organizations of all kinds. Throughout his career, he has impacted more than 10,000 people in Spain and Latin America, helping them build purposeful communities and guiding them through processes of change and growth.

He is the co-founder of Community Hackers, the first agency in Spain specializing in creating authentic, positive-impact communities. He is also the co-founder of La Mesa Nos Une, an initiative that connects people and learns about their life stories through dinners.

Juan has collaborated with leading companies such as Coca-Cola, BBVA, HP, Roche, and Pfizer, bringing his knowledge to the global stage. He is also a member of the BMW Foundation's Responsible Leaders Network, a select group promoting a more just and sustainable world, and is part of the Climate Reality Project, led by Al Gore. He shares his experience as a visiting professor at prestigious institutions such as IE, UC3M, and ISDI.

Juan Parodi is an Expert Mentor Advisor at Sabio Valley, where he contributes his talent and knowledge of the universe of human connections on the Internet in the form of communities.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, where there's nothing he likes more than a good conversation around a table.
