Enrique is a legal professional with extensive experience in the world of private enterprise. Since 1994 he has negotiated Collective Agreements at a national level for Sanitary Transport, and has also negotiated agreements at an autonomous level in this sector in Madrid, Catalonia, Galicia, Castilla La Mancha, Andalusia and at least twenty at a provincial and company level. In the area of funeral homes he negotiated the agreement for the province of Toledo and Ciudad Real (the national one is residual).

Negotiations with works councils are innumerable, including occupational health committees, monitoring of agreements for work-life balance, staff subrogation, etc.

Over the last 20 years he has defended employers in 8 or 10 strikes, EREs, ERTES, staff reductions, etc. He is also a specialist in labour inspections and magistrates in at least 5 autonomous communities, with more than a hundred files in the last five years.

Since 1994 he has been an advisor in various public tenders, including the creation of joint ventures with partners, the creation of companies where one of the partners was an investor with particularities in their bylaws to protect their investment and management rights, the purchase and sale of operating companies, mergers and acquisitions.
