"I have held various leadership positions in the field of People Management over the past 25 years, most of which have included leading Improvement and Change Management processes for multinational companies in Europe and the Americas.
I was born in a very special part of the world: Uruguay, where change is a constant in business activity due to the country's geographic location and the region's development. This circumstance has allowed professionals who began their careers in the region to become accustomed to identifying every change as a new opportunity for improvement, both professionally and strictly personally. Developing projects with top-tier companies in eleven countries and living in six of them has allowed me to understand and experience firsthand the responsibility and significance that change processes entail for an organization.
Without a doubt, every change is a unique opportunity. First, for the company itself, as it can revitalize its performance and purpose by optimizing its available resources; and second, for its leaders, as they can influence and inspire their teams and ensure that the people involved in the change align their purpose with that of the company they work for.
