The USER who has contracted access to courses and other services shall have a margin of 48 working hours to give notice of non-attendance at scheduled events and milestones.  EUNIEX only guarantees access to future events and milestones of equal performance without a specific date and subject to availability.

 

The duration of the teaching sessions of the courses, tutorials, mentoring, events and any other service for which the USER registers, shall be as stipulated in the file available at the time of contracting them.

 

The USER assumes that the response time and extension of the same to doubts, suggestions and complaints, will have a reasonable duration according to the nature of the request.
